Pickled Rose is co-authored by Rebecca Ebeling and John Rose, two home cooks living in San Francisco with a passion for cooking and entertaining.  The site started in February 2011 as a space to jot down recipes and share their love of food with the world, or more accurately, the few people who even know this little blog exists.
